Dr Andreas Krieg from King's College London investigates potential political avenues out of the War in Yemen. "We have to stop thinking about a binary conflict in Yemen between the Houthis and the Hadi government. This is a multipolar conflict across the country with the conflict with the Houthis being widely confined to the North West. A UN solution to the conflict needs to be inclusive with all parties included and decisive action by the member states involved in it, notably Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Iran and the US."
