In military reshuffle, Saudi Arabia seeks efficiency, closing gap with regional rivals

"The significance of this episode lies in the fact that while such changes are not entirely new tothe kingdom, the last one is rather significant."

"MBS has indeed grown increasingly impatient with the slow pace of reformsin this sense within the country's military."
