• An invaluable opportunity to observe a highly detailed case; Federation of Tour Operators, TUI UK Limited, Kuoni Travel Limited v Her Majesty’s Treasury with the Speaker of the House of Commons intervening, from the perspective of the Bench as well as the Bar. • My duties involved close observation of the case during trial and assisting Stanley Burnton J (as he then was) in the organisation of all twenty seven bundles and from thereon produce my own first draft of the judgement.
