Description
This STEM careers fair was held at Merchant Taylors' School. I was one of the 'exhibitors' representing King's College London (KCL). I spoke with many parents and students and provided then with information (verbally and in the form of leaflets) on various KCL courses within FOLSM. Also, I informed them on careers in technology, engineering and maths. Thus, I shared my expertise, talked about the variety of careers in STEM, different pathways they could take, opportunities for the future etc. This was the most fulfilling STEM-activity-related experience I've ever had. The entire activity used about 5-6 hours of my time and reached about 500 students.
