    Maja discussed implications of a recent study published in BJC, addressing public cancer awareness in England. Specifically, the study highlighted what can be done to improve cancer awareness campaigns in England. It advised better outreach, targeted approach to address awareness gaps and barriers of different population groups, and helping vulnerable populations, such as the elderly and socio-economically deprived people to better recognise symptoms of cancer and seek medical help early.
