Dr Andreas Krieg of King's College London on Iran's strategy towards the West and the Middle East: "There is a difference between the Supreme Leader and the government in Iran. The one power centre is engaged in a war of rhetoric and narrative, the other one is actually interested in constructive engagement. Why Iran is more successful in its strategy? Because they actually have a long-term strategy, unlike the Arab contenders."
