Description
Video of fluorescence lifetime images acquired with 1 um axial spacing and showing immobilized live D. quadricauda cells in a 3D projection rotating around the Y axis. The cells were live and dark acclimed during the imaging. The fluorescence lifetime of those cells is intrinsic without any drug effect. This video is a supplement to the article "A time-correlated single photon counting SPAD array camera with a bespoke data-processing algorithm for lightsheet fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) and FLIM videos"
