Video of fluorescence lifetime images acquired with 1 um axial spacing and showing immobilized live D. quadricauda cells treated with DCMU in a 3D axial fly-through. The cells were live and dark acclimed during the imaging. The fluorescence lifetime of those cells is increased due DCMU blocking electron acceptor oxidation and thus reaction center quenching.This video is a supplement to the article "A time-correlated single photon counting SPAD array camera with a bespoke data-processing algorithm for lightsheet fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) and FLIM videos"
