The NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Workforce sits in the Health and Social Care Workforce Research Unit (HSCWRU) in the Policy Institute at King's.
The Policy Research Unit is funded by the NIHR Policy Research Programme and has been providing research evidence in this field to NIHR and the Department of Health and Social Care since 2019. It grew out of a Policy Research Unit dedicated solely to the social care workforce (2002-2018).
