Biographical details

Dr Gupta joined the Department in August 2006 as a Lecturer in Accounting.  Her doctoral thesis investigates the role of director reputation in managerial labour markets, specifically the links between executive compensation; executive turnover; outside directorships and firm performance. Aditi’s research interests include topics in corporate governance and market-based accounting research.
 
Aditi obtained her PhD Accounting and Finance and MSc in Accounting and Financial Management from Lancaster University.
