Project Title: Investigating the Early Development of Control of Attention and Executive Function in Children at Risk for Autism Spectrum Disorder
End date: 1/05/2018
Scopus Author ID: 57191875246
My research interests centre on understanding the mechanisms underpinning the development of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I seek to explore both strengths and weaknesses associated with these disorders in order to inform early detection and intervention. In particular I am interested in the development of executive function in the first three years of life. I take a multimodal approach to research, combining electrophysiological and psychophysiological techniques with behavioural tasks.
