Mr
My work focusses on the translation of multi-scale computational models of the heart to a clinical setting. Specifically, I am building personalised models for 4 patients with Left Bundle Branch Block and Dilated Cardiomyopathy who are receiving Cardiac Resynchronisation therapy. By building these models, we seek to improve understanding of mechanisms underlying the success or failure of this therapy, through detailed quantitative analysis not possible directly from standard clincial data.
