Research interests

PhD student working on the sociological and bioethical implications of the developmental pathways to health and preconception health. Background includes an MSc in Bioethics and Society (KCL), and work as a qualified medical doctor (MBChB, UCT) with clinical experience in South Africa and the UK.

Currently pursuing further research in bioethics with a focus on the link/intersection between ethics and health outcomes. Further academic areas of interest include feminist bioethics, empirical bioethics, theories of justice, and de-centred and Afrocentric ethical frameworks and concepts.
