Research interests

I am a Chartered Statistician, a research fellow in Medical Statistics within the Centre for Rheumatic Diseases Unit, Department of Inflammation Biology. My main research interests include the method of missing composite outcome data in trials, longitudinal modeling of disease biomarkers and time to event data, as well as clinical epidemiology of HIV and AIDS in the era of antiretroviral therapy. I am actively engaged in projects on network analysis in rheumatoid arthritis patients, the prognosis of multiple long term comorbidities in HIV patients, and biomarkers analysis in patients of African ancestry with HIV investigating heterogeneity of the genetic factors associated with CKD.
