Neuroscience, brain development, medical image analysis and image statistics. Special interests include the integration of structural, functional and diffusion MRI techniques (image registration, segmentation, tractography and connectivity) to understand the processes underlying brain development and cognitive function, and the pathways that lead to dysfunction.
