Research interests
We are interested in understanding the environmental and molecular factors underlying tissue architecture and how these factors change in cancer. To achieve that, we develop machine learning and bioinformatics approaches for analysing large-scale imaging and single cell data. Our work is highly interdisciplinary and span:
- Computational pathology
- Multiplexed imaging
- Spatial biology
- Biomarker discovery
- Image analysis and phenotyping
- Gene function inference
- High throughput screening
- Drug screening
