    Biographical details

I am a New York State Bar-qualified lawyer, with an international legal background and expertise in public law, regulations and AI policy. Currently, I am a Postdoctorate Research Associate at King’s College London, serving the Responsible AI UK grant (RAi UK).

Before joining King’s, I completed a year-long Optional Practical Training in the United States, where I worked as a policy analyst at Johns Hopkins University within the Office of the President. I hold a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Georgetown University (2023), graduating with honours. During this time, I was a research Assistant at the Center for AI and Digital Policy (Washington, DC).

I also hold a Master’s in Law & Development from FGV DIREITO SP in Brazil (2022). My thesis, ‘Reviewing the Interpretation of Article 37 of the Brazilian Federal Constitution: Legal Solutions on Human Resources Management for the Municipality of São Paulo’ (2022), underscores my dedication to empirical research and legal reform.

In Brazil, I collaborated with the Brazilian Society of Public Law, supporting initiatives focused on Brazilian administrative reforms, and the FGV Research Centre of Competition, Public Policy, Technology, and Innovation, helping implement the Brazilian Telecommunications Universalisation Fund.
