Structures, interactions and inhibitor development of IgE network components; Molecular interaction analysis; Inhibitor screening, design and development. Research techniques: Structural biology (NMR and x-ray crystallography); biophysical methods; protein engineering; structure-based drug design; library screening methods. Member of the MRC & Asthma UK Centre in Allergic Mechanisms of Asthma.
