Jennifer Stevenson is a Clinical Pharmacy Research Fellow at KCL undertaking a PhD investigating medication related problems in older adults. This work, more specifically, is looking at predicting the risk of older adults suffering a medication related problem post-discharge from hospital. Her clinical speciality, as a pharmacist at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital, is older adults. Additional specialist clinical interests are in the management of long term respiratory conditions and mental health.
