Research interests

Jonathan focuses on understanding the fit between human abilities and the limitations of the machine, task and environment. He applies his knowledge of human factors to better understand how people perform resiliently in safety-critical contexts.

Jonathan was delighted to work at the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing and Midwifery, and at St Thomas' hospital. He helped develop and test interventions to improve organisational resilience within healthcare.
