Research interests

My doctoral thesis examined the pathogenesis of schizophrenia through the use of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging; investigating the impact of treatment response on regional brain glutamate measures in first-episode psychosis.

My current work is investigating the role of nitric oxide in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia, and its indication as a novel therapeutic target.
