Current Position

I currently work as a post-doc researcher at Radboud University in Netherlands.

At the same time, I am a PhD student at King's College London under the supervision of Dr Sue Sentance. My PhD is in the field of Computer Science Education and my research interests focus on the pedagogy of computer programming. As a PhD student, I am currently investigating threshold concepts in computer programming at school level. Previous studies and work experience

Prior to my PhD, I worked as a computing teacher for six years in Greece where I taught Pascal and Java to high school students and Informatics in Vocational schools and Second Chance schools.

My previous studies include a Masters in Education at the University of Roehampton,  a Masters in Information Systems at Athens University of Economics and Business where I also completed my undergraduate degree (Bsc) in Informatics.
