Research interests

My main research interest is genetics and genomics of complex human diseases and traits. I use genetic associations and omics approaches to discover pathways underlying human disease and reveal predictive biomarkers. I have been engaged in genetic studies concerning pain, cancer, infectious diseases, and allergic disorders. My current research interest is genetics of comorbidity, aging, and pain.
