Biographical details
Mtendere completed her First Degree in Social Sciences (Economics) at the University of Malawi and a Master of Science Degree with Distinction at the Universiy of East Anglia. She has worked with the Central Bank of Malawi (the Reserve Bank of Malawi) since 2004 where she currently holds the position of Senior Economist. In 2016, the Reserve Bank of Malawi awarded her a scholarship to pusue the current PhD program.
