I joined the Institute of Psychiatry in 2012 and I work for the King's Clinical Trials Unit on trials in mental health mainly.
These include randomised controlled trials of:
- Self-management education for people with epilepsy;
- Outpatient treatment for adults with anorexia nervosa;
- Therapist-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy and web-based self-management for people with irritable bowel syndrome;
- Botulinum toxin for children with cerebral palsy who are undergoing painful surgery;
- Mentalisation based therapy in people with borderline personality disorder;
- Therapeutic dose management for sufferers of psychosis.
