Niken Bayu Argaheni, nicknamed Niken, is an LPDP awardee from Indonesia continuing her Midwifery Research Ph.D. education at King's College London. She is a lecturer at Sebelas Maret University in the Midwifery study program. Recipient of the Innovation Award and P2M Award in 2022, Ranked 1st in the Science and Technology Teaching Staff Category, Received Rewards from Qatar Airways for the category: Frontline healthcare professionals (doctor, medical practitioner, nurse, paramedic, pharmacist, lab technician and clinical researcher) during the current Covid-19 pandemic in 2022, Recipient of the Inspirational Midwife Grant for the Country from Kimia Farma and Dompet Dhuafa in 2022,
