Panayiotis Louca is a molecular epidemiologist with interests in integrating metabolomic and metagenomic data with other omic datasets to identify biomarkers, pathways, and profiles related to host health and intervention response. This work aims to uncover candidates for mechanistic validation and potential future diagnostic or therapeutic targets, including lifestyle, pharmacological, pre-/pro-biotic supplementation, and phagotherapies.
