Research interests
My research is predominantly concerns the study of clinical data and its secondary use. My special interest is Natural Language Processing (specifically, Information Extraction techniques using Machine Learning).
I am based in the BRC Nucleus where I manage a program of NLP projects. I am also studying part time for a PhD under the supervision of Rob Steward and Richard Dobson. I am the creator of the TextHunter software
