My lab focuses on understanding post-transcriptional gene regulatory mechanisms underpinning inflammation and antiviral responses, with a particular interest in asthma pathophysiology. We combine molecular biology with bioinformatics approaches, and we specialise in using Frac-seq as a method to reveal new biological pathways regulated during inflammation and infection.
