Personal profile
Research interests
I'm interested in how genes, environments and their interplay influence the development of complex behaviours, especially anxiety and depression. To this end, I'm comparing and integrating insights, data, and methods from traditional twin/pedigree/adoption approaches and newer genomic approaches. For example, I'm currently using polygenic scores in concert with pedigree designs to study the role of genotype-environment correlation in the transmission of psychological traits within families.
