Research interests: nanoparticles and nanocomposite materials; sintering of nanoparticle materials; electronic materials for interconnections in harsh environments; solder materials; adhesives; electromigration; rheology; transition metal oxide materials and their use as diodes and radiaton detectors. <p>Current research: reactive micro- and nano- scale particles for&nbsp;modifying chemical properties of solders; electromigration in thin films; sintering of Cu and Ag nanoparticles.</p>
