Interprofessional working in secondary care settings, the divide between health and social care, and the lived experiences of older people and their carers.
I am a Research Assistant in Interprofessional Science working on the FEARLESS project looking at how the Covid-19 pandemic affected interprofessional working in ICUs in England. I am also currently in the final stages of my PhD in Social Sciences at Cardiff University studying the impact of mobile technology to record patient observations in secondary care settings. Through this I have experience in observations, interviews and survey design and analysis.
Before starting my PhD I completed a BSc in Social Work at Northumbria University before studying MSc Ageing Health and Disease at Cardiff University.
