Research interests

I am consistently interested in Chinese migration. My current focus is on the engagement of non-governemntal organizations (NGOs) in internal migration issues, with a comparative persepctive between China and India, the two largest developing countries. I will explore and explain the dynamics in which NGOs work with migrant workers and the perceptions of both sides on each other.
