Dr Vandana Nath is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the School of Management and Business. She has previously taught at Queen Mary, University of London and Middlesex University Business School. Her research work principally revolves around the nature of frontline service work and worker well-being, including employee experiences of emotional and aesthetic labour. Her current projects include researching human resource management in healthcare, both in the UK and India. She is also exploring career management and callings in the service sector.
