Huang Wei is a PhD candidate in International Political Economy at King's College London. Her research interests include East Asian international relations, political psychology and Chinese politics. Her PhD project studies China’s governmental and academic views of the post-Cold War Japan-U.S. alliance, with a focus on the Chinese way of thinking concerning international affairs and its formation in the light of the political socialisation of China’s official ideology.
