Biographical details

Zhuyan Su majored in Clinical Medicine and graduated with the Bachelor of Medicine from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (China). She then continued her MRes study of Cancer Biology at Imperial College London, looking into epigenetic regulators involved in chemoresistance in ovarian cancer under the guidance from Professor Bob Brown; and she got a distinction for her master degree. She has been awarded the King’s-China Scholarship Council to continue her PhD under the supervision of Professor Toby Lawrence at the Centre for Inflammation Biology and Cancer Immunology, KCL. Her current research focuses on Tumour Associated Macrophage Heterogeneity in a breast cancer mouse model.
