Abstract

This study explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into nursing care for older adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD), aiming to improve patient outcomes through personalised care plans. AI-driven systems analyse patient data, including renal function tests and medication adherence, to generate tailored interventions that address individual patient needs. The research shows that AI-enhanced care leads to significant improvements in managing CKD, such as stabilised kidney function and reduced complications. This video presentation will demonstrate how AI technologies are used in real-world clinical settings, featuring animations and case studies to highlight the practical applications of AI in CKD management.
