Abstract

Aphrodisias in Late Antiquity brings together digital representations of the text contained in classical inscriptions, commentary about them, rich indexes, digitised images, maps displaying their location and scholarly bibliographies. It facilitates the study of classical inscriptions and provides a standards-based model for epigraphic markup and publication.
