Abstract

This concluding chapter highlights some of the main insights gained from the volume. It discusses how the various chapters, with their different approaches, speak to each other and across the politics and economics parts of the book. While disentangling the politics and economics of Brexit with regard to possible drivers and implications, it also considers their interaction and puts them in context within the overall Brexit picture and socio-economic model. It concludes with a discussion of the lessons learnt and with a brief outlook.
