Abstract
Shelagh Rowann-Legg formulates an interpretation of Deleuze’s theory of the time-image. She analyses the post-modern films Solaris and Arbre los ojos, in which a virtual construct is produced in the minds of the central characters, exemplifying Barbara Filser’s ideas about the third cinema.
