Abstract
This paper examines the transformation of the Bolivian constitutional and legal framework. By protecting the rights of all sentient beings, pluriversal values have been positivized, based on the recognition of the diversity of the indigenous peoples who have historically been ignored and rendered invisible. Likewise, the human rights doctrine has also been innovated, by reducing the liberal bourgeois footprint, and turning it into an instrument in the promotion decoloniality. It is a complex phenomenon, with political, sociological, legal and spiritual dimensions. One which reveals the importance of social movements in redefining the collective imaginary
