The cost of living and tech f inancing crises have made this year a particularly challenging one for platform workers. Our Fairwork UK ratings – which cover 12 platforms across the ride hail, delivery, and domestic work sectors – show that many platform workers continue to face unfair working conditions and lack social protections. However, through dialogue with Fairwork, some platforms have made changes to their policies and practices that will dramatically improve conditions for workers
