Abstract
Digital health dashboards hold the potential to mitigate health risks by supporting health management in older adults. However, their effectiveness can depend upon usability and user engagement, which can be affected by how well the dashboard design meets the different stakeholders' preferences, needs and capabilities, including formal and informal caregivers and older adults. This review of 18 studies examines the methods used for human-centred design of digital health dashboards, emphasising the involvement of healthcare professionals, older adults and other stakeholders to ensure clinical relevance and usability.
