The Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction was formed in 2002 to help Russia and other countries destroy their stockpiles of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons and production facilities. Trevor Smith is from Canada's Global Partnership Program and comments on the work of the Global Partnership and the changing responses to biological weapons and bioterrorism.
