Abstract

A novel protocol based on a cation-exchange monolith has been developed to not only quantitatively trap and release the 68Ga generator eluate, but also act as microreactor for subsequent in situ radiolabeling of chelators. The monolith-based system has the potential for dose-on-demand radiotracer synthesis.
