Abstract

We present on-chip absorbance-based determination of pH and optical clarity for quality control (QC) testing of 2-[18F]fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose ([18F]FDG), a positron emission tomography (PET) radiotracer. The platform allows fast analysis times, reduces radioactive exposure to personnel, and requires only minimal sample volumes, making it suitable for dose-on-demand radiotracer synthesis.
