Abstract

This paper reports on a narrative literature review and an expert consultation conducted at the Rees Centre to inform recommendations to the Department for Education on how to improve information sharing, as part of a Data and Digital Fund project led by the London Borough of Newham. These have informed the Department for Education’s (DfE) multi-agency information sharing report to Parliament, due to be delivered in summer 2023. A separate and distinct research exercise was carried out by Social Finance and the two studies together inform the Newham recommendations.
