N2 - This report responds to a need, three years into the new strategy and action plan, to better understand how policy and practice against sexual harassment at King’s College London is now working and what still has to be done to effectively tackle the issues. Based on a review of policies, internal and external context, and qualitative interviews with key stakeholders across the institution, the study highlights the factors that influence the university’s response to sexual harassment and violence.
