This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the effectiveness of psychoeducation compared with usual care or any other intervention in promoting wellbeing and reducing distress of siblings of people affected by SMI. The secondary objective is, if possible, to determine which type of psychoeducation is most effective.
