Abstract

The fac-[Tc-99m(OH2)(3)(CO)(3)](+) complex reacts with QD-filled micelles to create a bimodal SPECT-optical imaging probewhich upon visible light irradiation generates cisplatin from an inert Pt(IV) prodrug.
